Fatal Descent: The Tragic Skydive and Inquest of Jade Damarell

Jade Damarell, a 32-year-old skydiver with over 500 jumps, deliberately jumped from 15,000 feet and did not deploy her parachute, dying by suicide shortly after breaking up with her partner. Her inquest confirmed it was an intentional act.
